COMMON PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the order of the President of the Thandukarampalayam Primary Agricultural Co-operative Societies, Thandukarampalayam, Coimbatore District dated 4.12.1999 and confirmed by the Joint Registrar of the Cooperative Societies, Coimbatore the 1st respondent herein in Revision Petition No.26695/99/VE4 dated 29.06.2001 and Review Petition No.20251/2001/VE4 dated 27.09.2002 and quash the said orders.

The writ petition is filed seeking a writ of certiorari, calling for the records relating to the order dated 4.12.1999, passed by the President, Thandukarampalayam Primary Agricultural Co-operative Societies, Thandukarampalayam, Coimbatore District and confirmed by the Joint Registrar of the Co-operative https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Societies, Coimbatore in Revision Petition No.26695/99/VE4 dated 29.06.2001 and Review Petition No.20251/2001/VE4 dated 27.09.2002 and to quash the orders.

2.There has been no representation for the Petitioner during the earlier hearings on 08.06.2018 and 13.06.2018, as well as today at 10.35 a.m. and 12.45 p.m. despite the matter being posted under the caption of "For Dismissal". Hence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
