Respondents This writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the order of the President of the Thandukarampalayam Primary Agricultural Cooperative Societies, Thandukarampalayam, coimbatore District, dated 04.12.1999 and confirmed by the Joint Registrar of the Co-operative Societies, Coimbatore the 1st respondent herein in Revision Petition No.26695/99/VE4 dated 29.06.2001 and Review Petition No.20251/2001/VE4, dated 27.09.2002 and quash the said orders.

ORDER

I heard Mr.Umakanth, learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent and Mr.Arun Babu, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent. There is no appearance for the petitioner.

2. On going through the papers, it reveals that when the writ petition was filed, the petitioner was aged 45 years. As of today, the writ petitioner should be about 67 years old. Hence, there is no question of any reinstatement. Therefore, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
