Respondent PRAYER: Petition has been filed under section 226 of the Constitution of India to issue an order of Writ of Declaration, declaring that retrenchment of the member of the petitioner Union by the respondent Management on various dates namely on 28.03.2003, 08.04.2003 and 09.04.2003 that has been filed and marked as Ex.B Series as illegal, null and void and consequently direct the respondent Management to reinstate them in service with full back wages, continuity of service and other benefits. O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed by Kovai Kilakku Mavatta Panchalai Thozhilalar Sangam, to declare that retrenchment of the member of the petitioner Union by the respondent Management on various dates namely on 28.03.2003, 08.04.2003 and 09.04.2003 that has been filed and marked as Ex.B Series as illegal, null and void and consequently direct the respondent Management to reinstate them in service with full back wages, continuity of service and other benefits.

2. Mr. R. Rengaramanujam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been settled out of court and hence sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent also agreed to the said submission.

3. Recording the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner and in view of his endorsement, this writ petition is dismissed as settled out of court. Consequently, the connected M.P is closed. No order as to costs.
