ORDER
This Suo Motu Case is dealt with in an extraordinary manner by the Dedicated Bench, pursuant to Suo Motu.W.P.(Crl.) No.618 of 2025. 2.Though C.C.No.356 of 2019 was not listed in the cause list, at the request of Additional Public Prosecutor, since C.C.No.356 of 2019 is connected with C.C.No.357 of 2019, the matter was taken up jointly.
3. This case in C.C.No.357 of 2019 and the counter case in C.C.No.356 of 2019 are pending, in which, parties have compromised in both the cases and they have moved on and have no objection to the case being disposed of on compromise. Due to the unique manner in which this designated bench Page No.1 of 3
conducts hybrid hearings, the filing of written affidavits or terms of compromise is dispensed with. Considering the factual matrix, the context in which the conflict arose, the background of the parties, and their present position, this is an appropriate case for the exercise of jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as per Gian Singh -Vs State of Punjab & another, (2012 10 SCC 303).
4. Accordingly, this case in C.C.No.357 of 2019 and the counter case in C.C.No.356 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruvannamalai Taluk, Tiruvannamalai, shall stand quashed and this Suo Motu Transfer Case stands disposed of.

The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary.
