In the earlier occasion i.e., on 19.12.2024, this Court made the following order :

'' Issue notice to the respondent returnable in four weeks. Private notice is also permitted.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to 1/3

file Affidavit of Service (AoS) within a period of four weeks. Failing to file AoS well in advance before the Registry, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to Court.

3. List the matter after four weeks.''

2. It is seen from the records that the petitioner has not taken any steps to serve notice privately to the respondent, as no proof of service has been filed.
