We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the non-applicants 1, 2 and 3 and also learned Government Pleader.
2. Learned counsel for the nonapplicants opposes the application on the ground that the directions given in the order have been implemented.
Subsequent to the order of the learned Single Judge, inquiry was carried out by the authorities.
3. The said contention can be considered while dealing with the appeal.
4. For the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the delay in filing the appeal is condoned. The application is allowed and disposed of.
5. Place the appeal for admission on 04.08.2023.
