This petition has been filed for transmission of the Judgment and Decree passed by this Court in C.S.No.650 of 2019 on 27.01.2022.
2. The suit has been decreed as follows:- "That the defendants herein, do pay to the plaintiff herein, a sum of Rs.10,40,97,389/- (Rupees Ten Crores Fourty Lakhs Ninety Seven Thousand Three Hundred and Eighty Nine Only) with further interest at the rate of 18% with monthly rests on the sum of Rs.6,19,65,257.93/- (Rupees Six Crores Nineteen Lakhs Sixty Five Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty Seven and Ninety Three Paise Only) from this date till the date of actual payment in full.
2) That the defendants herein, do pay a sum of Rs.7,50,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs and Fifty Thousand Only) as costs towards the Court fees and exemplary costs to the plaintiff herein.
3) That the plaintiff herein, be and is hereby directed to pay the remuneration a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Only) to the learned Advocate Receiver within a period of two weeks from this day."
3. The Judgment debtors/defendants are residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court and within the jurisdiction of the Court in Bombay (Now Mumbai).

4. Considering the above, this Court is inclined to allow this petition as prayed for.
5. Accordingly, this Execution Petition is allowed.
