(Order of the Court was made by M.M.Sundresh, J.) Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, appearing for the first respondent submitted that the prayer of the petitioner has been satisfied and therefore, there is no question of relocating the shop in a new place. A copy of the proceedings of the District Manager/Deputy Collector sent to the office of the Government Pleader in Na.Ka.No.1147/2020/R.V.2, dated 20.01.2020 has also been produced.

2. In such view of the matter, nothing survives to be adjudicated in this writ petition as the grievance of the petitioner has been satisfied. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
