PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the order passed by the 1st respondent in the proceedings in F.No.37-44/2015/DAF dated 28.06.2016, and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to grant financial incentive to the petitioner under "Dr. Ambedkar Scheme for Social Integration through Inter-Caste Marriages" within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.
