ORDER

This petition has been filed to declare that the petitioner is the sole Guardian of the minor female child, Ziyan Fathima born on 16.01.2008 and granting Permanent custody of the minor female child, Ziyan Fathima born on 16.01.2008 to the petitioner without any visiting rights for the respondent. 2.When this matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the minor for whom the guardianship and custody were sought for, has attained majority and hence, the matter has become infructuous and has made an endorsement to that effect.
