2. In all these writ petitions, the respective petitioners have purchased the house site property in the same area from the vendor/owner.

After purchasing the same, the petitioner respectively submitted application sometime in September 2021 i.e., 23.09.2021 to the respondent Tahsildar for issuance of patta, since the said petition has not been considered so far, the present writ petitions have been moved with the respective prayers.
4. Heard Mr.K.M.Venugopal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, who having reiterated the same would seek indulgence of this Court.

Heard Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, who would submit that since the application has been submitted on 23.09.2021, however as per the procedure in vogue, they have to make an on-line application, if they made an on-line application, certainly that would be taken into account and accordingly, the needful would be undertaken by the Tahsildar in all these cases within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court. 4/6

Having regard to the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and taking note of the aforesaid factual matrix of the case, this Court is inclined to dispose of these writ petitions with the following order: That in each of the cases, the respective petitioners shall make an on-line application to the respondent Tahsildar seeking patta for the land they purchased and on receipt of such on-line application, the Tahsildar shall look into the matter and decide the same and pass necessary order to that effect on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of such on-line application in each of the cases.
