The petitioner/A3, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 3(i), 4 (I), 5(i)(a), 6(i)(a) of Immoral Traffic Prevention Act, 1956, in Crime No.328 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.It is the case of the prosecution that A1 & A2 had taken the house of the petitioner on lease and had used it for prostitution and for immoral purposes. It is also stated that the petitioner was receiving Rs.1000/- per day from A1 & A2.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that A1 & A2 had been arrested and released on bail. But, however, taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner had rented his house for immoral purpose and if he had not done so, the entire offence would not have happened, in view of that particular fact, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
