This application has been filed to amend the petition schedule in A.No.5251 of 2022 in C.S.No.247 of 2022.

2.It is the case of the applicant that in the application seeking attachment of the properties, the name of the Courts have been inadvertently typed as 'Sub Court, Poonamallee' instead of 'City Civil Court, Chennai'.

3.A perusal of the affidavit filed in support of this application makes it clear that Suit properties are within the jurisdiction of City Civil Court, Chennai whereas the relief of attachment sought is through the Sub Court, Poonamallee.

4.Considering the inadvertent typographical error, this application is ordered as prayed for and Registry is directed to communicate this order to the concerned City Civil Court.
