This Suo Motu Case is dealt with in an extraordinary manner by the Dedicated Bench, pursuant to Suo Motu.W.P.(Crl.) No.618 of 2025.

2.The case was registered in Cr.No.5 of 2009 for the alleged offence under Section 3(a) of RP(UP) Act. It is stated that the accused died. Accordingly, the CC.No.500166 of 2010 on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Dharmapuri Taluk, Dharmapuri is closed as Page No.1 of 3
