PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pay the compensation to the petitioner for the death of her husband K.Selvam, during the process of cleaning the septic tank in terms of Employment of Manual Scavengers and Construction of Dry Latrines (Prohibition) Act 1993 and as per Supreme Court Judgment rendered in W.P.
