Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the order of the 3rd respondent bearing proceedings in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.A2/681 (III)/C.V/2013 dated 29.11.2014, which confirmed by the order of the 2nd respondent in Se.Mu.No.467/2015/A dated 07.04.2015 and further confirmed the order of the 1st respondent in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.R1/20786/2016 dated 24.05.2017 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to reinstate the petitioner into service with all consequential benefits.
