This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14775 of 2024 by an order dated 22.07.2024 passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the respondent Police has filed the final report by way of e-filing before the Fast Track Mahila Court, Tiruvallur District.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.14775 of 2024 on 22.07.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Fast Track Mahila Court, Tiruvallur District on all working days at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
