ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order dated 16.06.2022 passed in W.P.No.14904 of 2022.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent filed a status report, dated 21.04.2023, in which, it has been stated that, since the very same matter has been ceased by the National Company Law Tribunal and the Tribunal issued a moratorium order against the 7th respondent in the writ petition, by its order dated 18.04.2023, the respondent/contemnor is unable to comply with the order of this Court. He also produced a copy of the order passed by the Tribunal before this Court.

3. In view of the above submissions, this Court is of the view that there is no wilful disobedience on the part of the respondent/contemnor.
