ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble S. M. Subramaniam J.) The matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner made a mention that a typographical error occurred in paragraph No.2 of the order dated 04.02.2025 that "directed the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis petitioner to deposit the deficit Court fee in W.A.(SR).No.94361 of 2022 within a period of 10 days from today (04.02.2024) instead of (04.02.2025). The learned

counsel would submit that the deficit court fee has already been paid on 24.11.2022.

3. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary correction and issue a fresh order copy.
