The prayer sought for in the Writ Petition is to direct the 6th respondent to consider the petitioners representation dt 17.8.2017 on merits and in accordance with law and restore the electricity connection bearing Consumer Nos. 21-45-01-0026, 2145-01-0027 and 21-45-01-0027A in the name of petitioners mother J. Janaki within a stipulated time.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the dispute among the parties has been settled, therefore nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
