This application has been filed seeking leave to dispense with the notice as stipulated under Section 80(1) of C.P.C., to the 2nd defendant / SubRegistrar, Kodambakkam Sub-Registrar Office, K.K.Nagar, Chennai - 600 078.

2.It is urged by the learned counsel for the applicant that the 1st defendant is taking steps to alienate the property and therefore, the suit had been filed seeking emergent relief.

3.Taking into consideration the facts, this application stands allowed and notice under Section 80(1) of C.P.C., stands dispensed with. The Registry may proceed to number the suit, if it is otherwise in order.
