This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to exempt the petitioner to surrender before the appellate Court on the Judgment dated 23.09.2024 made in Crl.A.No.50 of 2022 on the file of the Court of Sessions Division of the Nilgris District at Udhagamandalam, confirming the Judgment dated 27.09.2022 made in C.C.No.138 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pandalur.

2.Since the petitioner has surrendered on 19.11.2024, this petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
