This petition has been filed to implead the petitioner as the proposed sixth respondent in the main Writ Petition.

2. Heard Mr.K.Magesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, who would submit that, the land acquired had been in possession of the present impleading party and the same has been utilized by this impleading party and therefore, he is the necessary party to be heard in this Writ Petition. Hence, he filed this petition.

3. Heard the learned respective counsel appearing for the respondents. There is no serious objection with regard to the prayer sought for herein. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
