Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and since the delay is substantial, the delay in filing the applications to restore the writ petitions filed before this court are allowed subject to payment of Rs.2000/- to the Mediation Centre attached to this Court. The amount shall be paid within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

3.Post the main case after two weeks.
