ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to re-evaluate the answer book of the petitioner in the subject of Bio-chemistry paper in the examination held in November 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the request made by the petitioner and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
