Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram Special Government Pleader O R D E R The petitioner seeks for mandamus directing the respondent to consider his representations dated 09.03.2015, 12.08.2015, 14.07.2017 and 27.01.2017, wherein and whereby, he sought for increment from the year 2012 and back wages with interest for the period commencing from November 2012 to July 2014.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said representations are not considered so far. This Court at this stage is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the respondent to consider and decide the same.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the respondent to consider those representations of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
