ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the conditional No.1 in Crl.M.P.No.259 of 2024 dated 19.03.2024 passed by the Judicial Magistrate,

Dharapuram, Tiruppur District.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The case of the prosecution is that while releasing the petitioner's vehicle bearing Registration No.TN 94 C 1909, the Judicial Magistrate, Dharapuram, Tiruppur District in Crl.M.P.No.259 of 2024 by an order dated 19.03.2024 imposed a condition that the petitioner shall execute own bond for a sum of Rs.6 Lakhs. However, the petitioner is unable to comply with the said condition. Hence, the petitioner seeks modification of the above said condition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to modify the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.259 of 2024 dated 19.03.2024 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Dharapuram, Tiruppur District.
