Today, the learned counsel appearing for the Revision Petitioner mentioned before this Court that as per the order of this Court dated 06.06.2023, he prepared to pay the compensation amount to the complainant, but the same was refused by the complainant. Hence he seeks permission of this Court to deposit the compensation amount before the trial Court.

Considering the said submission, this Court directs the Registry to insert the following lines at the end of paragraph 9 in the order dated 06.06.2023:- "If the complainant refused to receive the compensation, the same shall be deposited before the trial Court in S.T.C.No.491 of 2013 ."

3. Registry is directed to make necessary correction in the order dated 06.06.2023 and issue order copy forthwith to the parties concerned on payment of necessary fees.
