This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Para No.6(b) of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.9339 of 2023 dated 27.04.2023 in Crime No.94 of 2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Sessions Court on every Monday at 10.30a.m., apart form court hearing dates till the completion of the trial.
