This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on everyday at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.22434 of 2023 dated 06.10.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30a.m., till the filing of the final report and thereafter as directed by the trial Court.
