ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.M.Karthikeyan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Harish, learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

2. Learned Government Advocate submits that survey has been conducted on 12.10.2023 and five encroachments were noticed. Notice under Section 7 of the Land Encroachment Act is issued to the encroachers calling upon their objections. Upon receipt of the objections, further orders under Section 6 of the Act would be passed

and further steps would be undertaken.
