This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the Additional District Judge/ Presiding Officer, Special Court for Essential Commodities Act cases, Coimbatore, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, by this Court in Crl.OP.No.24001 of 2024 dated 01.10.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.24001 of 2024 dated 01.10.2024 in para No.7(a) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Additional District Judge/ Presiding Officer, Special Court for Essential Commodities Act cases, Coimbatore, on the first working day of every English Calender Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above directions, this Petition is ordered.
