The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent has submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by the respondent, vide Proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2741/A2/2022 dated 22.11.2023 rejecting the claim of the petitioner and also produced a copy of the said proceedings, which is taken on file and recorded.

3. In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed.
