When the final order was passed in WP.No.34941 of 2022 on 25.8.2023, this Court was not aware of the fact that a CRP was filed before this Court against the order passed in E.A.No.2022. Subsequently, it was brought to the notice of this Court that CRP was filed and it was heard and orders were reserved on 25.4.2023 in CRP.No.1088 of 2023.
