ORDER

The above petition is filed to being the legal heirs of the sole appellant, namely the petitioners 1 to 5 herein on record as a legal-heirs of the deceased sole appellant and rank them as appellants 2 to 6 in the above second appeal and pass orders.

2. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.

3. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter on 04.07.2025.
