Petitioner(s) Vs The District Collector Tirupattur, Tirupattur District. and 10 Others Respondent(s) For Petitioner(s): M/s.P.A.Sudesh Kumar For Respondent(s):
ORDER
The report filed by the Inspector, HR & CE, who is the 7th respondent, indicates that as per customary practise, the temple is opened for worship every Saturday and on all festival days.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he wants the control of administration by being appointed by the trustee by the HR & CE. Though he 1/4
may have valid reason, his request for control over the administration must be considered carefully. In view of past experience and the dispute between two groups in the village, this Court is of the opinion that maintaining peace among the villagers is paramount. The inter se temple dispute among the villagers regarding the appointment of a trustee by the HR & CE had warranted this Court to issue the directions as stated above in paragraphs 3 and 4 of the order passed on 19.10.2024.
3. With the above clarification, this Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 10.01.2025 rpl To
