This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m., and 5.00p.m., for a period of five months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates in Crl.O.P.No.9903 of 2023 dated 28.04.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Principal Sessions Court, Villupuram in S.C.No.211 of 2023 on every Monday at 10.30a.m., till completion of the trial and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates.
