ORDER

The prayer in this writ petition is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 14.10.2019 in accordance with law and to give posting to the petitioner in any non-sensitive post within the time limit stipulated by this Hon'ble Court and in consonance with the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India 2.

Though the relief sought for in this writ petition is larger, the learned counsel for the petitioner confined his argument to the limited extent of directing the respondents 1 and 2 to dispose of the representation dated 14.10.2019 of the petitioner expeditiously.

Considering the limited submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 14.10.2019 of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Connected MP is closed.
