2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that already this Court passed an Order in Crl.M.P.No.15990 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25954 of 2024, wherein, in paragraph Nos.1 and 2, case number and date was wrongly mentioned as Crl.O.P.No.24683 of 2024, dated 04.10.2024, instead of Crl.O.P.No.25954 of 2024, dated 28.10.2024. Therefore, the above said typographical error has to be rectified.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police has no objection to carryout the said amendment.

4. This Court perused the entire case records and observed that the case number and date was wrongly mentioned in paragraph Nos.1 and 2 as Crl.O.P.No.24683 of 2024, dated 04.10.2024 instead of Crl.O.P.No.25954 of 2024, dated 28.10.2024.
