The prayer sought for herein is for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.06.2022 seeking to process the petitioner's application No.2022/6105/32/223741 dated 31.05.2022 for issuance of sub-division patta transfer within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. In order to survey the land and to sub-divide for issuance of patta, based on sub-division, the petitioner made representation on 23.06.2022 to the respondents and in order to consider the same, the petitioner has moved the present writ petition.

3. Heard Mr.A.Swaminathan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would contend that it is only a representation submitted by the petitioner, pursuant to which, actual fee has to be paid through online, if the petitioner has come forward to make the payment i.e., fee 2/4

through on-line to the respondents, on receipt of the same, the request of the petitioner would be considered and the needful would be undertaken within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

Having regard to the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following order: That it is open to the petitioner to make necessary fee through on-line to the respondents at the earliest and on receipt of such payment, the request of the petitioner dated 23.06.2022 shall be considered by the respondents and the needful should be undertaken by them within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
