RESPONDENTS PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, call for the records in Connection with the order of Detention passed by the 2nd respondent dated 25.10.2024 in No C3/D.O./88/2024 against petitioner's Husband Thiru Iyyappan male aged 24
husband of petitioner who is confined at Central Prsion Cuddalore and to aside the same and consequently, direct the respondents to produce the detenue before the Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty.
