This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27025 of 2022 on 11.11.2022 to stay at Trichy and report before the Inspector of Police, Cantonment Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. However, it is made clear that the petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdictional limits of the respondent police, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Monday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four months.
