Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records in proceedings Na.Ka. No.128128/W8/02 dated 09.09.2003 of the 1st respondent, to quash the same and to issue direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to confirm the petitioner as Head Master of M.S.P. Solai Nadar Higher Secondary School, Dindigul District from November, 1989 and, consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to pay all the accrued benefits to the petitioner.

ORDER
When the matter was taken up, counsel for the appellant and the counsel for respondents 2 and 3 are not present. However, the counsel for the 1st respondent alone is present.
