C.M.P.No.1889 of 2023 and C.R.P.No.2330 of 2022 BATTU DEVANAND, J This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to restore the CRP.No.2330 of 2022 on the file of this Court which was dismissed on 22.11.2022 for non-prosecution in the interest of justice.

2. Heard both sides and prused the averments made in the accompanying affidavit.

3. Considering the averments made in the accompanying affidavit and being satisfied with the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is orderd as prayed for and the CRP No. 2330 of 2022 which was dismissed on 22.11.2022 is restored to its file.

4. Registry is directed to list the CRP for hearing on 30.07.2024.
