The civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of H.M.O.P.No.97 of 2022 on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge at Tindivanam.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 03.12.2024, I called for a report from the learned Trial Judge to state as to how long she requires to dispose of the said H.M.O.P.
3.The learned Principal Subordinate Judge at Tindivanam has submitted a report stating that H.M.O.P.No.97 of 2022 is pending at the stage of enquiry. The petitioner/wife has taken out two applications in I.A.Nos.165 & 166 of 2024 seeking for maintenance, expenses of proceedings and disposal of property, which are pending at the stage of notice of hearing and counter. The report further states that as many as 1555 cases are pending for disposal. The HMOP cases are taken up only on Friday and therefore, he requests six months time to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.97 of 2022.
4.It is seen from the report of the learned Trial Judge that two applications are pending under Sections 24 & 27 of the Hindu Marriage Act. Hence, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge at Tindivanam to dispose of I.A.Nos.165 & 166 of 2024 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of 2/4
this order and thereafter, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.97 of 2022 within a period of seven months from the date of disposal of the applications.
