This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Cuddalore everyday at 10.30a.m., till the committal, and thereafter appear before the Sessions Court concerned everyday at 10.30a.m., till the charges framed in Crl.O.P.No.24041 of 2023 dated 18.10.2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Sessions Court weekly once on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the completion of the trial and apart from the court hearing dates.
