A.Nos.241 & 242 of 2023 in C.S.No.241 of 2020 N.SESHASAYEE, J., These applications are filed to set aside the abatement caused due of the death of the third plaintiff and to implead the legal heirs of the deceased third plaintiff as plaintiffs 5 to 7 in the suit.

2. Heard both sides. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these applications and no objection being offered by the other side in allowing these applications, these applications are ordered.

3. The plaintiffs are required to carry out amendment to the cause-title of the plaint, latest by 25.01.2023.
