This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition para no.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24823 of 2024 by order dated 14.10.2024 passed by this Court to report before the Trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders without fail.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the case has been taken up in S.C.No.261 of 2024, pending on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Court, Ponneri, Thiruvallur District. He further submitted that the case now stands posted on 20.11.2024 for framing of charges.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24823 of 2024 vide order dated 14.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the Additional District and Sessions Court, Ponneri, Thiruvallur District in connection with S.C.No.261 of 2024 on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
