ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 28.07.2023, passed by this Court in W.P.No.26613 of 2014, thereby directed the respondents to claim all the benefits before the authority concerned and disburse the same to the petitioners and other legal heirs, within a period of twelve weeks. 2.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent disbursed the amount to the petitioner on 04.08.2025. He also produced a copy of the proceeding dated 05.08.2025 passed by the Sub Treasury, Rasipuram, before this Court. 3.

Recording the above submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed.
