It is reported that in all the Second Appeals, the first respondent died.
2. C.M.P.Nos. 28711, 28728 and 28715 of 2023 have been filed to condone the delay of 479 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent. 3 C.M.P.Nos.28713, 28718 and 28720 of 2023 have been filed to set aside the abatement due to the death of the sole respondent.
4. C.M.P.Nos.28714, 28717 and 28728 of 2023 have been filed to bring on record the proposed 2nd respondent as the legal representative of the deceased sole respondent.
5. The learned counsel who had already entered appearance for the first respondent submits that he has filed the vakalat for the proposed second respondent and has no serious objection to allow these petitions.
6. Heard the learned counsel on either side. 7.Perused the affidavit in support of the petitions and satisfied with the reasons stated therein. Accordingly, these CMPs are ordered as prayed for and delay is condoned.
